This quick easy & nutritious breakfast is the best way to start the day. Deliciously simple, we genuinely eat this most mornings.

Oats for breakfast

1 x banana mushed up in a cup (full of magnesium)
1 x cup of porridge oats (full of fibre)
1 x small handful blueberries (full of anti-oxidants)
1 x teaspoon unrefined agave syrup (nectar)
1 x big dollop of cream fraiche

Chuck the lot into a bowl…..Mix, Scoff n’ Go!

Literally takes minutes to make with no cooking involved & will get you through the mornings without the temptation to snack!
